For those of you who don't know, when I'm not momming, thrifting, homeschooling, and having dance parties in the kitchen, I'm running my podcast that helps people live happier, simpler, more eco-friendly lives. 🤍🌎 (link is in bio if you wanna check it out!)

when I think back on the past couple years of the podcast, I feel so happy and grateful that I've made it this far. Throughout so many seasons of life, so many changes, so many ups and downs- this podcast has been like another baby to me, and has given me so much of a sense of purpose and joy. I'm so happy to have made it this far 🙌🏼

As the first 100 episodes wrap up, I'm gonna be taking a little break- about a month or so- and when the podcast comes back in March, there will be some exciting changes. New song, new intro, new vibes overall- I'm so excited to share it all with you guys.

Starting episode 101 as (sort of??) a fresh new season of the podcast. (including more guest episodes, so stay tuned!!)

do you make resolutions? after being pretty hardcore about New Year's resolutions when I was younger, I recently decided to stop putting those unrealistic expectations on myself. but honestly, 2022 was hard as fuck for me and this year, January 1st felt like a total reset. So, for the past couple weeks, I've been thinking about what I wanna prioritize and bring into 2023 to ensure this year is amazing. here's some of the things I've been focusing on lately 🤍

bye 2022 ✌🏼

the year I lost myself, and found myself. moved across the country, left the best friends we've made in years. the year i started homeschooling. the year we became homeowners. the year we spent adjusting to this new life with 3 kids and living in a new state thing. the year I finally decided to seek out therapy and help for the anxiety that's been overtaking me for years. the year I read 74 books.

so much has been crammed into this year, it feels like January of 22 was a lifetime ago... so many memories have been made, but I'm excited to move forward. going into 2023 with a grateful and hopeful heart 🤍✨
